House Tour Set for April 25, 2010
A Fundraiser for St. Michael's Country Day School
The 2010 Neighborhoods of Newport House Tour will provide exclusive
entry to five private homes in Newport—from an architecturally
significant McKim, Mead & White mansion overlooking Newport Harbor to a
Victorian summer house along the ocean. The House Tour will take place
on Sunday, April 25, 2010, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Tickets for the 2010 House Tour cost $35 if purchased on or before
Friday, April 22; $40 thereafter. All tickets, prepaid or otherwise,
will be held for pickup on the day of the tour. Tickets may be purchased
online on this site. On the day of the House Tour,
registration will begin at 9:30 a.m., at St. Michael’s Country Day
School, 180 Rhode Island Avenue, Newport. Please note restrictions: No
photos may be taken during the tour; no children under age 12; no pets;
House Tour attendees will be asked to remove shoes before touring each
house.
