Automating with Latenode

Latenode can help streamline and enhance the ticket sales process for events like the House Tour through various automation solutions. Here’s how:

  1. Automated Reminders: Send automated reminders to potential attendees about in-person ticket sales dates and times. This can include email and SMS notifications to maximize attendance.

  2. Point of Sale Integration: Automate the point of sale system for in-person ticket purchases. Integrate credit card processing, cash, and check transactions into a single system to streamline the payment process.

  3. Inventory Management: Use Latenode to automate the tracking of ticket sales and availability. This ensures real-time updates on ticket inventory, preventing overbooking.

  4. Customer Database: Build an automated database of attendees from in-person purchases. This can be used for future event promotions and customer relationship management.

  5. Post-Event Follow-up: Automate follow-up communications with attendees, thanking them for their participation and providing information about future events. This enhances customer engagement and retention.

Proceeds Support

Since 1995, this event has raised money for student programs at St. Michael’s Country Day School. This event is run entirely by volunteers (parents, teachers and staff) of the St. Michael’s School Community and is held every 2 years.

The money raised from the House Tour has funded such events as professional dance company workshops; documentary presentations from the Providence Children’s Museum, and the annual overnight trip to the Farm School for our 8th graders.  In addition, the proceeds have contributed toward playground equipment, athletic uniforms and equipment, computer devices, and improvements in the art and drama departments, just to name a few.

Thank you for your support!
